Insistent barking by dogs need to be reported to the town dog officer.

Trash barrels need to be stored behind units or behind privacy fences

SPEED LIMIT:  Residents and their guests are reminded that although Warebrook Drive is a public street, that the speed limit needs to be obeyed.  Parents also need to make sure that their children are mindful of cars entering and leaving the village. Although it is a dead end street, it is not a playground, and as such there is the danger of traffic, which is common to any street.  Your cooperation and that of your children will go a long way toward making the village safer for all.

PER THE BYLAWS, EGRESS (ACCESSABILITY) TO THE REAR OF UNITS MUST BE MAINTAINED.  IF YOU HAVE FENCING BEHIND YOUR UNIT ACCESS NEEDS TO BE ALLOWED FROM BOTH SIDES FOR FIRE AND EMERGENCY PERSONNEL.   YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.
