GENERAL MEET TIMELINE
The Championship Meet is a 2-Day meet at the end of each season. The location of the meet changes each year, but the general timeline stays the same.
Eligibility Rules:
To be eligible to swim in the CHAMPIONSHIP meet at the end of the season, a swimmer must have swam at least 3 events in two separate swim meets during the season. (Sometimes, the 3 events rule is overlooked for our youngest swimmers who may only be able to swim the 25 Free or 25 Back.)
Swimmers can only be entered in events in which they have a legal time from the current season.

What to bring?
Typical meet supplies - a few swim towels, caps, goggles, blankets or chairs to sit on, sunscreen, hat, umbrella.
Food - There will be a concessions stand and food trucks, and Kona Ice is typically there as well, but you are welcome to pack a cooler with snacks and drinks.
Clerk of Course - ALL swimmers report to the Clerk of Course (No parents are permitted in this area.)
Coaches will be on the pool deck and will not have time to search the pool grounds for swimmers so please make sure you and swimmers are listening to the announcements that are being made and get them to the Clerk of Course ON TIME. If you are camped somewhere and are unable to hear the announcements, please talk to someone who has a headset on or try to communicate with a person who is in the Tower of Power or Awards Tent. Do NOT touch or move the sound equipment.
Where to sit?
Each team will have a team tent that swimmers can hang out in when they are not swimming or cheering on their team. The team tent can get crowded so many families choose to setup a popup canopy outside of the pool area. When setting up your canopies, it is best to put them up right next to each other (with legs touching) to prevent swimmers from tripping, while at the same time making sure there is a walkway between the rows of canopies so you don't have swimmers walking through your canopy. Also pay attention to where speakers have been placed. You may not want to setup your canopy directly in front of a speaker. Teams are not permitted to move or touch any sound equipment.
There are bleachers where spectators can come and go to watch their swimmers.
Speakers and Sound Equipment
Please do not move or touch any of the sound equipment. This equipment is very expensive and the use of the equipment is generously donated by a swim family. If you cannot hear the announcements where you sitting or the speakers are too loud, please talk to someone who has a headset on or try to communicate with a person who is in the Tower of Power or Awards Tent.
