About me

My name is Przemysław Wachulak.

I am a Full Professor of Technical Sciences, Brigadier General of Polish Armed Forces, and Rector-Commandant of the Military University of Technology since 2020. 

I am currently working at the Institute of Optoelectronics, Military University of Technology, in Warsaw, Poland, since 2009.

I was working as a Post Doc at Colorado State University in 2010 and 2012.

I have obtained my Ph.D. degree in 2008 from Colorado State University, habilitation degree in 2013 in physics from Univesity of Warsaw and in 2018 full profesorship.

I am Sigma Xi Member (Sigma Xi) as well as top 2% scientists worldwide by Stanford.

Former member of The Polish Young Academy and The Polish Academy of Sciences (KMiAN PAN) and former (6 years) Topical Editor of Applied Optics (Optical Society of America).
