Post-Secondary Institution Downtown

This is a good idea and I fully support this initiative. I think the city will need to get more proactively involved in the direction of the downtown to make it a desirable place for the faculty and student body of a new school and business owners to prosper in.

I have a number of good affordable downtown ideas that will help make it become a more successful downtown district and a post-secondary school will definitely help but we need to look at the sustainability there and how to keep the school & others for the long-term. See downtown.
