Email is the best way to contact us. We will respond quickly with a quote.

A non-refundable $200 deposit is requested to hold your reservation.

Rates include all food for the week, lodging and program fee, but do not include your transportation costs.

Rate for a typical group of 10 participants for six nights (including meals, lodging and program fee) is $275 per person. We can host a maximum of 45 students plus staff per week. Shorter trips are available. Email us with the dates and size of your group for more specifics. There is an additional $100 charge if paying by credit card, checks are preferred.

Our facility in Harlan is safe, sanitary and modern. The dorm is a brick building (formerly a parochial school) with metal fire escapes, smoke detectors, and separate men's and women's baths with separate showers. The dining room and kitchen are new and spotlessly clean.

Directions to the site will be emailed to you one week before the trip.

Note: During the winter months, we do not recommend the use of rear-wheel drive 15-passenger vans, due to safety concerns. Some colleges and universities have stopped using them. Minivans with front-wheel drive are preferred. In winter months (Late October through early March) we may encounter some snow or even ice on the mountain roads. Your safety is our highest priority!
