Digital Cluster

I modified a set of Dakota Digital gauges (1940 Chevrolet -VFD3-40C-O) to fit the stock 1940-1946 Chevy/GMC truck cluster opening and bezel -

Simple Install:

1. Drill a new hole on each side of the Dakota cluster housing to match bolts on dash opening, you may use the original cluster housing as template (the two new holes will be directly in the middle of the factory holes for 1940 Chevy)

2. Put 1/2" x 1/4" foam gasket material between bezel and cluster housing, to seal and eliminate any movement/rattle

3. Then connect the cluster with bezel to the existing original dash bolts with the original nuts, tighten and you're ready to connect speedometer, gauges, etc. Voila!

The cluster adapts easily to most senders for fuel, comes with temp and oil senders, speedometer adapts easily to later model transmissions (I had a 350 Turbo) and has voltmeter, tachometer, turn signal indicators, odometer, hrs, and brights indicator... very cool - retains the original look with the original bezel

Dakota Digital Analog style will fit under original truck bezel as well
