A few things to take note when going to this event:
Students MUST take a pre-filled VUSD Physical Packet to their Appointment: CLICK HERE TO ACCESS PACKET
Students MUST be Accompanied by their parents or guardians. An older sibling DOES NOT count.
No checks are accepted. CASH OR CREDIT ONLY!
NEED TO ROLL OVER YOUR CLEARANCE TO 24-25?
Note: Physicals are valid for ONE Full Calendar Year NOT Academic Year (i.e. A physical dated 7/1/23 will expire on 7/1/24)
