Vista Field Hockey is still looking for new players. Come join us!
Nikki Olguin
Nikki was born and raised in north county, specifically San Marcos. She attended high school at Mission Hills High School and continued her field hockey journey at Ohio Wesleyan University, playing Division III field hockey. Afterward, she earned her master's degree in School Counseling at the University of San Diego. She hails from a family of field hockey players and has been involved in the sport since the age of 7. Over the years, she trained and competed with various clubs across San Diego.
Nikki is no stranger to Vista High School or the Vista High Field Hockey program. She is now in her fourth year as a school counselor, primarily supporting students with last names Gon-Man, but she is always eager to assist all students. Nikki has a long history with the VHS field hockey program, having participated in Vista Summer Fun from ages 10 to 17 under the guidance of Coach Gail Petty. This experience has fueled Nikki's desire to give back to Vista as a Coach and contribute to a program that played a significant role in her athletic and personal growth.
Nikki firmly believes in the transformative power of sports in changing lives and uniting people and communities. She is thrilled to train this fantastic group of athletes!
