Cheolho Sim (Term: Fall 2026)

Objective: Solidify our lab's leadership in seasonal biology by expanding our federal funding portfolio and publishing our core findings.

Key Result 1: Circulate a complete, polished draft of the NIFA proposal (including Specific Aims and Research Strategy) to co-investigators by October 31st.

Key Result 2: Optimize the microRNA validation protocol and successfully validate at least 3 high-priority targets.

KR3: Submit the Diapause Review, Diapause Histone Modification, and Circadian Behavior Activity manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals by November 30th.
