Close all the applications except adobe conncet
If you are an internal teacher, logging in with the native application to enter with user @ faculty.ie.edu,
otherwise, if you log in from the browser, your user @ ie.edu will automatically recognize you and you will have to delete cookies or open a Incognito window in the browser.
