Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to the international academic conference on 21 April 2015 “Education: Changing Contexts and Europe 2020 Strategy Challenges” at the Alcide de Gasperi University of Euroregional Economy in Józefów near Warsaw, Poland. We invite also to take part in the Scientific Committee and to contribute to the conference organization activities.
Conference subject and goals
The most important educational problems featured in 2010 in the European Commission document “Europe 2020 Strategy” represent the subject of the conference. The purpose of this strategy is sustainable intelligent development that promote social inclusion. In Poland the strategy is realized through local operational program “Knowledge, Education and Development 2014-2020” (PO WER 2014-2020). The strategy considers numerous long-term challenges in the area of higher education in Europe therefore we are interested especially in the discussions on the European context in general. We invite education scientists, researchers, policy-makers as well as educators and teachers from Poland and beyond.
The aim of the conference is to create a friendly place for interdisciplinary reflections on important issues of the European education and schooling as well as for exchanging practical and theoretical experiences on the international forum.
The elaboration of future recommendations as well as anticipated ways of the Polish and European education space development represent the expected effects of the conference discussions.
Particular goals are as follows:
Section I. Fundamental fields of life-long education: from preschool education to senior education, considering formal and informal education and cooperation with the subjects from the social-economic environment.
Section II. Vocational training versus job market: from the secondary school level to college and university – flexible education paths and counselling, international mobility programs, mentoring / tutoring / coaching.
Section III. Teacher of the future in cooperation networks – expectations and limits of new civilizational challenges and quality of the teacher’s education and further training.

**Papers will be published in the Journal of Modern Science ( Version 3,4) or in the separate book. The respective decision will be made by the Review Committee of the WSGE Publishing. All the authors receive their one book copy for free.
Payment includes:
- participation,
- welcome package,
- meals, transportation from accredited hotels to the conference venue,
- paper publication (3,4) in the Journal of Modern Science or in the separate book.
Unfortunately, the payment does not include hotel, you should cover accommodation additionally.
Payment should be complete for the organizing committee, all additional charges should be covered by participant.
