This page will list details of lodging selected for this trip. Please contact me if you have specific lodging requests!

In selecting lodging I searched through countless reviews and sought accommodations that offered a quality stay at an affordable price and other amenities it, or the surrounding area, may offer. Additional considerations included it serving a free breakfast so we could get on the road earlier and could wait on ourselves instead of wait staff. You may want to consider joining the Holiday Inn Rewards Club since we will be staying at many of their hotels along the way. I suggest making Hotel reservations early and direct through the Holiday Inn website as they will guarantee the lowest price. Please be careful in selecting your room rate. Some lower rates do not allow you to cancel your reservation which means if for some reason you are not able to go on this trip you will still have to pay for your room!

Please be aware that hotels located near some of the more popular National Parks book up to a year in advance!!!

Saturday, September 16, 2017 and Sunday, September 17, 2017 - Moab, Utah

The Holiday Inn Express has confirmed that they will allow us to park our vehicles and trailers at the hotel during the week we are out riding! This hotel looks like it is very nice according to this video. This video show more than you want to know (I don't think they get out much)

Monday, September 18, 2017 - Caineville, Utah

Monday night lodging will be at the Roadway Inn Capitol Reef Hotel. This hotel is located near the entrance of the Capitol Reef National Park. It is somewhat secluded from places to eat so we will have to eat dinner before we arrive in Green River or Hanksville Utah. The breakfast selection is limited but it's location gives us a great head start to an awesome day of riding.

Tuesday, September 19, 2017 - Bryce, Utah

We will be staying in the town of Bryce, Utah at the Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel. This was a toss up between two the two Best Western Hotels in town. This one is much newer, had very good reviews and offered a free breakfast.

Wednesday, Sepember 20, 2017 - Springdale, Utah

Located on the west end of the Zion National Park, the town of Springdale is surrounded by beautiful mountains. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Hotels in Springdale fill up quickly and nearly all are very expensive.

Thursday, September 21, 2017 - Kanab, Utah

Kanab is located southeast of Springdale and offers more reasonable lodging compared to staying in Springdale plus cuts out an hour out of our next days ride. I have selected the Comfort Suites Hotel . It is rated by Trip Adviser as the best in town and the other hotels were becoming booked already.

Friday, September 22, 2017 - Page, Arizona

The town of Page, Arizona is located near Lake Powell. The Holiday Inn Express doubled their rates so we switched to staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel.

Saturday, September 23, 2017 - Moab, Utah

Upon our return to Moab on Saturday, September 23, 2017 we can stay again at the Moab Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hotel or start your journey home.
