Welcome! Thank you for visiting the University of Iowa Swing Dance Club website. The UI Swing Dance Club has infused swing dancing to the Iowa City area since 2001. The club was formed to educate people in and around Iowa City about swing dancing and swing culture. We welcome everyone to lessons, whether you're a student, community member, or visitor to Iowa City. It is our goal to build a strong swing dance community and to produce, promote, and support swing dance events.

LESSON SCHEDULE (Tuesdays @ Old Brick (26 E. Market St))

  • Beginner Lesson: 6:30 - 7:30

  • Social Dance/Practica: 7:30 - 8:15

  • Intermediate Lesson: 8:15 - 9:00

  • $30 for Students, $40 for Non-Students
