We provide assistance and/or financial aid by means of Fundraising Projects that directly benefit the Students of the Athletic Department. This assistance is subject to approval of a majority of the Members present at a regular meeting.

This consists of selling Food and Beverages during our Home Sporting Events. Our usual Games covered are -
Freshman, JV, and Varsity Football
Boys and Girls
Freshman, JV, and Varsity Basketball
Boys and Girls JV and Varsity Soccer
JV and Varsity Track Meets
Any District Games that may be played at Utica.
This is our most successful Fundraiser but does require A LOT of volunteer help from YOU. Shifts are split between 2 Shifts and Openers and Closers. See below for Opener and Closer responsibilities.
We ask that if your Athlete is on a Varsity Team that you please volunteer to work a JV game and Vice-Versa or work an event where your child doesn't participate.

These raffles are held at all Home
Varsity Football Games.
We need 50/50 Sellers to stand at the Front Gate and walk through the stands during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quarters. Winners announced at Beginning of 4th Quarter.
It's a great Volunteer position as you're right in the stands and in the middle of all the game action.

You can purchase Utica Chieftain T-Shirt, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Baseball Hats
and other Merchandise at most Home Games. Merchandise will be available starting before the Game through Half Time.

$10,000 Raffle
February
It's a Reverse Raffle having the last 10 People left on the board with a chance to win a minimum of $1,000 up to $10,000! The cost is $150 per ticket which admits 2 People. You keep your ticket EACH YEAR until you decide to give it up!
Anyone can purchase the tickets, they do not have to be Utica families, or you can split the cost of a ticket with a Friend.
There are 50/50 raffles, Bingo games, random prizes throughout the night, food, drink, and an all around fun night!
All of the proceeds go back to the Athletic Department which benefits ALL of our Teams!

Euchre Tournament
Spring
Your ticket covers 8 Rounds of Play with electronic tally following each round, Dinner, and Beverages including Beer and Wine. There will be a Cash Bar available. There are 8 levels of payouts awarded at the end of the evening.
The evening also includes themed Basket Raffles and 50/50.
