UGC-ASC News is the half-yearly publication of the Human Resource Development Centre, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. This publication is meant for maintaining a constant dialogue between the Human Resource Development Centre on the one hand and the Alumni of the Human Resource Development Centre on the other. Through this Newsletter we hope to establish meaningful contacts with a wider audience interested in the cause of higher education in this country. The first issue was published in June 2000 and altogether twenty six issues have been brought out.
