As a 501c3 (non profit) organization, all contributions to the UCFCC are exempt from federal taxes (you will not pay taxes on all donations to the UCFCC). You will receive an end of the year summary listing your contributions, which you can use to file your taxes.
In addition, we do have ZERO (zero, does mean zero, nothing, nada, rien) administrative costs. All donations are used to help the homeless cats simply because none of our members has ever been paid nor will ever be paid anything for these services, as mandated by our by-laws. All our income, expenses, and receipts are available 24/7 to everybody at:

Here is how to contribute to help the homeless cats. These methods do not have any fees. You will see your contributions recorded in our public UCFCC income and expense log at the beginning of each month. Sorry, we have hundreds of transactions every month and need to wait to record them all only once per month.
1. Zelle. Send your contribution to ucfccreceipts@gmail.com or to 201-617-9240 with Zelle. Remember to use your checking account and not your credit card as the source of the funds to avoid the 3% credit card fees. You can get Zelle for free from most banks.
2. Benevity*. Select UCFCC from benevity.com and make your donation through your employer.
3. CyberGrants*. Select UCFCC from cybergrants.com and make your donation through your employer.
4. Check. Pls mail a check payable to the UCFCC to UCFCC 380 Mountain Road, 1514. Union City, NJ 07087.
*. Note that Benevity and CyberGrants send the funds once per month. As we use the cash method of accounting, we can only record your donations when we receive them our checking account, not when you make them though those services. Simpler words, pls wait a few weeks for your Benevity and Cybergrants donations to make it to our checking account, and even after they arrive we can only record them once per month due to hundreds of transactions we must record every month in our open books.
