It's our prerogative to rent Apartments in perfectly clean order,

that can be boarded soonest  10-12 AM  &  left before 10AM undamaged

                                                    ( the full day will be charged after 10 AM & if damaged billed) 

Guests are obligated to keep house rule!for all guests comfort

House Quiet time is 11 PM till 8 AM

 Pets are allowed in exclusive pet pal apartment (no other).

Apartments are situated:   *ground floor south,  *first floor  and  *second floor east side all with sea view frontal or lateral (if not expressed otherwise). DeLuxe 4**** typ, 120m2,  2 bedroom apartments// 30-80m2  3*** typ partments & studio apartments, with beds for precised person NO., all with own bathrooms with a tub or a bathtub, incl. towels and bed linen, equipped kitchens with kitchenware combo.refrigerator/fridge,stove,pots,dishes,microwave,washer...)        with Air conditioning / optional additional ventilator,  TV/TV flat SAT,  WIFI Internet, balcony or private terrace with sea view, an open fire grill BBQ in terrace garden, safe parking space. Washing machine in facility.

All together everything You should need for a pleasant stay, and if anything extra needed, owners are at Your disposal 24/7
