Culture & History
In surroundings you can touch historical monuments in UNESCO-s Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik....1700 year old Split originated from Roman times and emperor Diocletian's palace. That's just a starting point, coffee on Riva bathed in sun. "Hajduk" soccer team is visually all incorporated, "Splitsko ljeto" & other festivals of theater, opera, music at your disposal...then just 3 hour car drive away is Dubrovnik as a town fortress of it's own importance as a famous former Republic! Romantic Trogir is a selfie sweetheart :) ... in our nearest 5 minutes away small town Omis with spots as Mirabella & Fortica, Omis old center, Radmanove mlinice along the river Cetina, it's Pirate festival of costumes and played battle, music Festival of a cappella Dalmatian Folk singing that's protected sign of Omiš summer of culture over 40years.... every old town made of solid stone blocks, hard earned history written in their streets, and warmhearted people as the sun above us <3
