Tee Time Sign-Ups; SUG
GETTING STARTED WITH SIGNUP GENIUS
If you already have a SUG account with the email that you use with TLWGA, you are all set. If you do not already have a SignUpGenius (SUG) account using the same email address that you use for TLWGA:
● Go to: https://www.signupgenius.com
● Hit “Log in” on the top orange bar. This is used for both logging in and registering new accounts.
● On the next screen, hit “New account”. This appears in small letters below the blue “Sign in with Facebook” strip.
● You will pick your own password. It needs to be at least 8 characters and include a number, symbol, and upper- and lower-case letters. We do not know or have access to that password. If you forget it, you need to use the “Forgot your password” link in SUG to get a new password. The most common reason for not being able to get into SUG has to do with not using the right password, and we cannot help you with that.

TEE TIME SCHEDULE
The league has tee-times spaced at 10-minute intervals. We play from the first Wednesday in April to the last Wednesday in October. The first tee times vary by month, as follows:
WEEKLY TEE-TIME REQUESTS – SIGNUP GENIUS
We use SignUpGenius (SUG) for requesting tee times. The SUG tee time sign up for the next week will open at 7:00 pm Wednesday and close at 7:00 pm Sunday. All members will be sent an email notification from the Tournament Director that the SUG is open, but it is not necessary to use the link in the email. You can access the tee time sign up in SUG without the email.
It is possible to sign up two people, yourself and one other player, but only with the knowledge of that other player. When you sign up for the second player, you must enter her name in the Comments Section. (If your name in Sign Up Genius is different from the name you use in our league, please write the name you use in our league in the Comments section).
If you sign up for one of the first 4 tee times, you must be able to play your round in 4 HOURS OR LESS. However, regardless of when you play, you should be able to finish your round in not more than 4½ hours.
Between the opening and closing of each tee time sign up, you can log back into your SUG account to make changes.
WEEKLY TEE SHEET EMAIL
The sign-up closes at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. The final tee sheet will be included in the weekly communication from the league. Please pay attention to this final tee sheet. The Tournament Director may change tee times to accommodate efficient play. As a result, your tee time may change.
If you must cancel after the tee sheet is sent:
● Notify the Tournament Director(s) via email or text, and
● Please notify your playing partners
