About TLWGA

The object of the Twin Lakes Women's Golf Association (TLWGA) is to stimulate interest in the game of golf and to provide opportunities for women to participate in the competitive spirit of golf at the amateur level.

The TLWGA organizes golf competitions for the members on Wednesdays between April and the end of October. The competitions are played each week, usually alternating between the two Twin Lakes courses, the Oaks and the Lakes. Membership into the TLWGA also includes access to the Golf Handicap Information Network (GHIN) so that a golf handicap index is maintained for each member.  

Scores from the weekly competitions are automatically entered into the GHIN system through our Golf Genius software. All TLWGA competitions are governed by the Rules of Golf published by the USGA.  Members are responsible for knowing the rules and for adding penalty strokes when applicable.  Failure to abide by the rules will disqualify you from competition.
