Warranty Statement:

• Five-Year TV Install Labour Warranty:

We proudly offer a comprehensive five-year warranty on the labor associated with TV installations when you also purchase the mount from us. This commitment reflects our dedication to ensuring the quality and durability of our installation services.

• Mount Warranty Enhancement:

 When you choose to purchase a mount from us, we extend the manufacturer's warranty on the mount, doubling it up to a maximum of five years (including the original warranty). This enhancement provides an additional layer of protection for your investment, demonstrating our confidence in the quality of the products we offer.

• Customer's Own Mount Install Labour Warranty:

For installations involving customer-provided mounts, our labour warranty is for one year, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.

What's Covered Under Warranty?

• Installation-Related Issues:

In the event of any problems arising from the original installation, provided there has been no tampering, modification, removal, or reinstallation of the mount, our skilled installers will address and correct the issue at a mutually agreed time, with no charge to you during the first 90 days. After this period, it will be corrected at no cost but a trip fee will apply.

• Mount Manufacturing Defects:

If a manufacturing defect is identified in the mount, we will assist in navigating the warranty service process with the manufacturer for mounts purchased from us. Product warranty assistance will be provided at no charge, excluding any applicable service call or trip fees. The removal and reinstallation will be performed with the same care and expertise that you can expect from our professional installers. Please note that for each trip related to the manufacturer's warranty service, a service call fee of $75 will be charged. If the original manufacturer warranty has expired and you are under our extended warranty period, we will offer a replacement mount of equal value or features, but it's important to note that the reinstallation cost is not covered under the manufacturer's or extended warranties. The original manufacturer may have other inclusions/exclusions, which will supersede ours.
