THEATRE NEAR YOU Installation Services is your local CANADIAN small business owned and operated by Noor Vasaya. Currently serving Metro Vancouver. TheatreNearYou.com aka WallMountGuru.ca is highly rated by its clients and is one of the few installation companies in Vancouver with industry-certified installation staff. Our installer is CTS, and CompTIA A+ certified with over 20 years of industry experience. We plan to expand as a franchise in other cities with installation supplies, standards, and a system developed by us that is working very well in Vancouver.

Noor Vasaya, president and the head technician of Theatre Near You Technology Services has been professionally installing AV systems since 1999. He studied electronics and became a certified Electronics & Telecommunications technician in the 90s. He worked in the commercial AV industry for several years as an installation tech and obtained valuable experience and further AV industry certifications including Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). Noor started pursuing his dream of "creating technical solutions for non-techies" by further obtaining Information Technology Specialist, CompTIA A+ and Kramer Electronics, as well as Extron Configurable Control System.

Noor has installed and configured many small to very large AV systems for 20 years. To date he has serviced, upgraded, and installed professional systems at homes, places of worship, educational institutions, transportation hubs, Rec centers, and businesses across Canada: Heritage Woods Secondary-Port Moody, King David High School-Vancouver, UBC (University of British Columbia), Douglas College (New Westminster and Coquitlam) campuses, churches, Ismaili Jamatkhanas, Sikh Gurudwaras, banquette halls, London Drugs, Meadows Pharmacy, Benjamin Moore, Morey Nissan Showroom, Earls, East-Side Mario's, Montana's, Mr. Mike’s, McDonald Restaurants, River Rock Casino, Richmond & North Vancouver City Halls, GVRD and Scouts Canada boardrooms, Westjet's Calgary Airport expansion & Vancouver Airport's new International Terminal announcement system and Vancouver-Chilliwack-Port Coquitlam-New Westminster Law Courts to name a few. Noor has recently renewed his CTS under new and current standards. His installers work under his direct supervision or with him for most of his jobs.
