We provide a 5-year labour warranty on TV installations when the mount is purchased through us.
If an issue arises due to the original installation, we will fix it at no labour cost, regardless of time required.
First 90 days: No charge
After 90 days: Repairs remain free; a $75 trip fee applies for on-site visits
This warranty applies to original installation-related issues only.
Mounts purchased from us include an extended warranty of up to 5 years (including the manufacturer’s original warranty).
If a manufacturing defect occurs:
We will assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process at no charge
A $75 trip fee applies per visit for removal/reinstallation
If the manufacturer warranty has expired but you are within our extended coverage period, we will provide a replacement mount of similar value or features (installation cost not included)
Manufacturer warranty terms and conditions may vary and will take precedence where applicable.
Installations using customer-provided mounts include a 1-year labour warranty.
Any issue resulting from the original installation will be corrected, provided there has been no tampering, modification, removal, or reinstallation of the mount.
This does not cover issues arising from new devices, changes to equipment, environmental factors, or conditions unrelated to the original installation.

For mounts purchased through us, we will support the warranty claim process with the manufacturer and handle removal/reinstallation as required.
