CV Template

Updated:  May 3rd, 2016

Contains examples of sections.

Thesis Template

Updated: May 3rd 2016

Contains an example of a title page, abstract, acknowledgements,  table of contents, two chapters, list of tables, list of figures, and bibliography (must be in .bib format).  Additional sections can be added using \input command (see comments in the file)

The most recent update fixed a pervasive typo of the word "acknowledgements"

Bug Note: (3/2/2017, reported by Seth)

Sometimes proofs will "end" too early because of a bug in the proof environment in matscript.sty

To fix this, comment:

\RequirePackage[amsmath,thmmarks,hyperref,thref]{ntheorem}

and then include:

\usepackage{amsmath}

\usepackage{hyperref}

\usepackage{amsthm}

and comment:

%\theorembodyfont{\upshape}

%\theoremseparator{}

%\theoremsymbol{\ensuremath{\diamondsuit}}

%\newtheorem{remark}[definition]{Remark}

%\newtheorem{example}[definition]{Example}

%

%\theoremstyle{nonumberplain}

%\theoremheaderfont{\itshape}

%\theoremseparator{:}

%\theoremsymbol{\ensuremath\square}

%\newtheorem{proof}{Proof}

From there one can define their own theorem commands and the amsthm proof works as expected.
