Hike Leaders Information

The information on this page and the attached documents are mainly for use by hike leaders. Others are welcome to review the procedures and information used by hike leaders. Leaders may edit the schedule after signing in with your username and password. Any experienced hiker who has hiked with us for a few times is encouraged to become one of out leaders and take a turn every couple months in leading a Tuesday hike.

All leaders should occasionally review our Leaders Procedures and the PATC Leaders Guidance documents.

Using Vigorous Hikers Email Group List

After each hike: The leader needs to complete the PATC online Hike Report Form. To see and use the form, from the PATC website click on "My Portal," sign in and from the list on the left side (near the bottom) click on "Volunteer Reporting."  The link to the PATC Hikes Form is half way down the page.


Be sure to report any problems on the trail (blow downs, washouts, etc,) that are observed and could not be easily removed.
