2013 Summer Camp Reservation Fees Due

Summer Camp this year is at Camp Parsons near the Hood Canal from August 4 through the 10th. Secure your reservation today. Here is the content of Diane Mohr's email regarding camp and fees.
Summer Camp 2013
Fellow Scout parents,
Summer camp is August 4-August 10. Please mark your calendars now, it will be here before you know it! The troop has chosen Camp Parsons located on the water off Hwy 101 on the Olympic Penninsula. A short 2 1/2 hours away! For those 13 and over there is High Adventure camp also available. Please let me know if you need more info or check the Camp Parson website.
Summer camp is a great experience for your son allowing him to learn lifelong skills. We have reserved space for 20 scouts and 5 adults.
**The cost per scout is $310.
**The cost per adult is $185.
There are camperships available through our council for scouts needing financial assistance. Please contact either myself or Scoutmaster Al Erickson ASAP if you have any questions about this.
Boys may use their individual accounts for camp. Please contact our new treasurer Wendy Bachofer if you will use this option.
The troop has paid a small deposit to reserve our week. You may pay the full amount or the first of 2 payments to meet the the camp payment deadline:
**First payment due By January 21st $155/scout $95/adult
(Checks payable to: Troop 16)
There is a refund policy in place under certain circumstances, please contact me if you have any questions.
All Scouts and Parents attending camp Must have a CURRENT PHYSICAL (as of camp dates) with parts A,B and C of the Medical Form completed. Be sure to have your physician complete Part B. There will be a deadline TBD, so please do not wait until it is too late!
All adults transporting or camping with scouts Must Complete Youth Protection on-line.(valid for 1 year)
