Failure to utilize Homewise will cause delay in records updates and places buyers and sellers at risk of additional fees. The HomeWise process can be outlined as follows:
1. Create an account on HomeWise.
2. Place a new order and enter the property address or search for Trinity Park HOA.
3. Complete the requested information for the property and proceed with the order.
4. Select the appropriate Transaction Type for the sale.
5. Review the information and proceed with the order.
