The problem with some people not taking appropriate care of their lawn comes up continually. What avenue do we take when we see someone in violation of the lawn policy? Someone to call? Someone to email? This particularly interests me because there are 2 yards close to my home who are habitual violators. My husband and I walk very frequently and some sidewalks are covered with grass clippings and branches and debris.
If there is an offense, such as lack of lawn maintenance, you can log a complaint with the City of Dublin by using their “GoDublin” App or calling Code Enforcement 614-410-4647.
Can we see the HOA financial information?
We will share the financials during annual meetings. Please know that Trinity Park Homeowners are always welcome to inquire about any financial questions to alexis@mymetropolis.net
Where do the late fees go? (Social fund, general fund?)
When late fees are collected they go into the Trinity Park HOA main operating account.
I have noticed RV's and boats being parked in the driveway or side yard for limited periods of time. Is there a provision prohibiting this action?
Yes. Those types of vehicles need to be in the garage, they can’t be stored long-term in front or side of the house. There is a clause that allows temporary parking of these vehicles in the driveway, not to exceed 72 hours in a 30 day period.
