Annual Dues and Assessments

Trinity Park is a fabulous community and has been since it was formed in the 1985.  The orginal bylaws state that our community must maintain insurance and tend the common grounds.  The bylaws also state that is the responsibility of the community to finance these and the HOA board to recover these dues.  Please refer to association documents page for full details.  

Trinity Park HOA dues are $115 per residence each year.  Fees are billed or assessed January 1st and are considered due March 31.  Late fees will begin to be added on April 1.  Invoices will be mailed in the first quarter of the year to each residence.

Late fee schedule:

• $50 is applied on April 1st

• Each year unpaid dues will also incur a 12% per annum fee
