Mallorie Schwab, PA-C

Graduate of Gannon University, Nationally Certified

Mallorie attended North Collins High School where she graduated Salutatorian of her class. Her academic career continued at Gannon University in Erie, PA. She completed the Physician Assistant 5- year Master program, Magna Cum Laude in 2011. Throughout school her passions of caring for others included various experiences in nursing homes and immediate care facilities during the summer.

Upon graduation, she came to work at Tri-County Family Medicine in 2011 after completing several rotations with the practice during PA school. She gained a vast amount of experience throughout her 3 years alongside Dr. Wild, Dr. Anderson and Amy Jo Burroughs. Ultimately she decided to expand her knowledge base by changing specialties. Mallorie moved on to WNY Breast Health for 4 years where she gained expertise in breast health. Topics included: breast masses, breast infections and breast cancer as well as genetic testing.

Tri-County Family Medicine has always provided Mallorie with a sense of home and carried a special place in her heart, as this is where she started her Physician Assistant career. When she and her husband Ryan decided to start a family of their own, the opportunity to return to Tri-County arose which was a welcome change. Mallorie and Ryan reside in West Falls and welcomed their second child in 2021. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their two cats Kevin and Katrina as well as kayaking and relaxing by the lake.

LauraLee Sibiga, PA-C

Graduate of D'Youville College, Nationally Certified

Lauralee is a home town girl born and raised in Springville, NY. Recently she moved her Draft Horse ranch to the outskirts of Springville where she plans on spending her life surrounded by her beautiful Percheron Draft Horses.

While raising two young boys, Wyatt & Ty, Lauralee went back to college to pursue a Biology Degree in hopes to do research in the Great Lakes. However she found herself changing paths to pursue Medicine instead. She has since completed an Associated and Bachelors degree in Biology/Chemistry and also a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Science/Physician Assistant. She attended ECC, Medaille College and finally graduated Cum Laude in 2012 from D'Youville College ready to practice medicine.

She practices primary medicine as well as doing DOT (Department to Transportation) certifications.

Lauralee also has a Draft Horse business called D&D Grand Livery Stables, LLC. She travels near and far with her two beautiful draft horses, Doc & Dan. She has done Memorial Day parades carrying disabled veterans to Gold Star Mothers, Weddings, Funerals, wine tours at Liberty Vineyard, and Make-a-Wish moments for those with terminal illnesses. Lauralee also created the "Bringing Magic Back to Children Mission" with the horses where Santa Claus personally delivers a gift to each child accompanied by her horses on Christmas Day in the town of Springville. Of all the many horse jobs she has had the opportunity to be a part of, her most honorable was leading the Funeral Procession for 7-year-old Alyssa Hearn from Springville, NY in 2017. Lauralee also enjoys landscaping and rescuing homeless animals to give them much needed love in their new Forever home on the D&D Ranch.
