At all appointments:
- Please arrive on time. The provider reserves the right to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- Bring a list of all current medications
- Mobile devices are permitted in the waiting room ONLY
- Call to cancel or reschedule as early as possible if you cannot keep the scheduled appointment.
- If you no show for your appointment, you will be charged a $30 no show fee.
- If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment we ask that you call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to avoid a $30 charge.
Providers at Tri-County Family Medicine are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tri-County Family Medicine staff will answer calls during regular office hours. All other times of the day and night there is an answering machine with the following instructions:
1. Go to nearest ER if you feel you are having an emergency
2. Office hours are listed
3. Answering service can be reached at (716) 257-1203 OR by pressing #9 on our automated phone system's prompts.
