I have taught a variety of courses at UGA on educational technology, both to K-12 and corporate audiences. Here are but a few...

EDIT 6900: Research Methods in Instructional Technology. Participants propose a research or design project, support it with current literature, and present to classmates.

EDIT 6150: Introduction to Computer-Based Education. A series of hands-on projects that introduce participants to meaningful learning, and practice integrating technology into real settings.

EDIT 6190: Design & Development Tools. Participants complete an applied project that cultivates their design skills and knowledge of development tools. Learning is self-directed in a studio environment.

EDIT 9990: Doctoral Seminar / Technology Integration in Theory and Practice. Doctoral seminar tracing the theories of technology integration (e.g. Diffusion Theory, Universal Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and practical application of those theories.
