About
Who am I? Like most technology ‘mavens’ these days, I Google-ed myself. I highly recommend this exciting and self-gratifying act, no matter how humbling it may be. Here’s what I found:
I prefer to be called TJ. Family tradition that just stuck over time.
I teach Learning, Design, and Technology at the University of Georgia. I'm loving embodied perspectives of learning and research at the moment.
I wrote a bunch of papers about technology integration in K12 and higher ed. See my Scholar profile.
My work on eSupervision won an award from the American Association of Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE) in 2011. See the press release.
The US Department of Education cited my work in their 2016 policy brief (crazy, huh?!). See Advancing Educational Technology in Teacher Preparation
There is a pathetically sad and small amount of hits for someone with such a high opinion of himself.
There you have it. Don’t believe me? Feel free to Google me and see for yourself. Otherwise visit the rest of this site and learn more about my professional and personal interests.
(I recommend the latter. Really, who has the time to Google all day?)
