Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff is comprised of volunteered parents who want to help expand the core fundamentals of TJ's Youth Cheer organization. Each team is comprised of numerous assistant's to aid the Head Coach in ensuring that our routines and stunts are completed safely!
Each year we open coaching positions to all parents volunteering in the organization. Coaches get to be on the field with their cheerleaders cheering them on! No experience is required, it's a hands on approach to coaching!
If you are interested in potentially coaching, please fill out our google form below! Coaches are hand-selected by our Board members each season! We also offer assistant Youth Coaching for any of our PHMS Cheerleaders and TJHS Cheerleaders to help aid the younger girls geared up for Try-Outs in 7th-12th grade!
Interested in coaching? Please read our Criteria for coaching staff for 2023. We also have our Coaches Code of Coduct available. Once you are officially invited to coach from the Board, Code of Coducts will be signed at season's first Coaches Meeting.
