3 cups chopped cooked chicken
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 bunch greens onions chopped finely
1/3 cup toasted almonds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup butter
1 cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
Mix these till crumbly mess. Pat into 8 ½ x11 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ cup coconut
2 Tbs. flour
½ pack semi-sweet or milk chocolate
1 cup nuts
Mix together and pour over baked crust. Bake for 350 degrees for 20 more minutes.
