Timberhill Covenants Voting Results

The solar policy amendment to our Timberhill Covenants was voted upon and passed with a majority affirmative vote. Having a solar policy is extremely important so we don't end up with unsightly solar panels popping up wherever on a property.

The proposed revisions to the Timberhill Covenants as written was voted upon and passed with a majority affirmative vote. These adopted changes will make a difference in maintaining the high standards we should expect in Timberhill.
