2017 Budget and Assessment

On December 30th, 2016 the Board of Directors met to review and approve the proposed 2017 budget which had been previously sent to all homeowners. The 2017 proposed annual budget was unanimously approved and the annual homeowner assessment will remain unchanged for 2017. An assessment invoice in the amount of $250 will be mailed to each homeowner/lot owner and shall be due on or before February 13, 2017.
