2015 Budget and Assessment

On December 15th the Board of Directors met to review and approve the proposed 2015 budget which had been previously mailed to all homeowners. The 2015 proposed annual budget was unanimously approved and the annual homeowner assessment will remain unchanged for 2015. An assessment invoice in the amount of $250 will be mailed to each homeowner and shall be due on or before January 31, 2015.
