2022 TPHOA Annual Meeting Mintues.docx7/2/2026 approved annual meetingMinutes of the Annual Homeowners AssociationJune 2, 2026 at 7:00PM Meet at the HOA swimming poolMeeting Agenda was called to order by Aaron Fulcher.Financial- he thanked Lynn Price for helping recreate an Income Statement.Questions: About the cost of the Rip/Rap and when it will be done. Aaron said we be done soon and the cost is correct. Everything that was planned with the special assessment money collected has been done.Board vote to accept the financial report and it was accepted with 6 votes.New board members were introduced and then voted on by the HOA members.The vote was passed with all 32 votes for the five new board members:Sandy Rogers, PresidentCourtney Webb- TreasurerLinda Bode- SecretaryDave Rogers- at largeLes Chapman-at largeSandy talked the quarterly board meeting, Spring and Fall clean up day, neighborhood party on July 3, and a neighborhood night out. Les added to have a social with bands, potluck dinner, for the community. Les would like to see a zoom meeting for members that can’t attend our quarterly meetings.Sandy wanted to address that the by-laws and covenants don’t match up the Kansas State Laws, and we need to address the problem and seek some professional guidance.Sandy thanked the previous board for all the work they have done.Questions from the members:-get a better system for members to open the pool instead of using keys-can we get “No soliciting” signs to put in the front entrance. But the answer was no but you can put the sign on your home.- people would like to make payments with a credit card-suggested we should recognize the work do and if they leave here, recommend a thank you and a gift card
