We have a wonderful community of friends in Tiara Pines. If you are new to Tiara Pines, welcome and we look forward to seeing you in the neighborhood.

Friendly Reminders . . . 

• Please keep trash containers from being visible from the street and from neighbors views.  

• Be neighbor-friendly pet owners - please clean-up after your pets while walking them and keep them away from garden areas. If your pets bark at walkers, please teach them to be neighborly.

• There is no RV or trailer storage within the Tiara Pines neighborhood. Short-term parking is permitted, so long as it doesn't exceed 7 days.  

• If you are doing exterior work on your house (i.e. paint, siding, roof, erecting a fence), be sure to get approval from the architectural committee.

  Vacationing

Do you plan on taking a vacation soon? Let your trusted neighbors know your itinerary and contact information in case of an emergency. Set your home alarm and ask the Derby Police Department to check on your home while you are away on vacation. Use the link below to their website, fill out the form, and rest better knowing you have many resources to assure your home is safe during your absence. Bon Voyage!

Go to www.derbyweb.com and sign up for e-mail or text messages alerting you to safety issues in our community. The Derby PD will send out messages regarding crime investigation, safety tips and amber alerts. They are requesting as many people sign-up as possible for this program to be successful. 

Go to...Departments/Police/Citizen Observer and sign up!  Don't forget to identify yourself as a member of Tiara Pines so you will get information directly pertaining to our neighborhood.
