Thumb Easy Riders Bicycle Club 50 + Years Young
We are a bicycle club that consists of 50 + years young adults who ride weekly in different locations throughout the Thumb of Michigan. Our group was started in 2011 by Marilyn Langley who thought there might be others in the area who shared her love of bicycling.
The club started in July of 2011 with 5 people showing up for the first meeting. Thumb Easy Riders has grown to 31 members in 2014.
Our yearly dues provides us with membership in The League of American Bicyclist (out of Washington, D.C.) as well as having insurance. TERBC annual individual membership dues are $20.00. Membership entitles you to insurance which takes over where your personal insurance leaves off
Our members are important to us and form the foundation of our club. It is our goal to provide our membership with the types of rides and events that keep them engaged physically, mentally and socially with like minded individuals within our community. Membership is limited.
