We are looking for volunteers to help with Field Day! New this year - we are doing a full day Field Day. All classes will be participating the full day, with built in breaks.
You can sign-up for a half day shift or sign up for both morning and afternoon shifts. If you are volunteering for the full day, lunch will be provided. Shifts are from 9:00-11:30 and 1:15-3:00. Grades K-5 will be all day.
When volunteering/leading a station, we ask that you:
Make sure that students are respectful of each other and the equipment. Good sportsmanship should be shown at all times.
Review activity instructions prior to the event (these will be emailed closer to the event and provided the day of as well). You can review with the students if needed.
Help guide classes to the next station when it is time to rotate. Each station is numbered. Please note games and stations are subject to change. A map of the stations will be provided.
All volunteers should bring a photo ID with them. Check in details, game instructions, and a map of the activities will be provided closer to the event. For safety reasons, only adults 18+ may volunteer, and siblings are not allowed.
