Student Directory 

Get in touch with classmates about homework assignments, plan a playdate or contact parents about class parties!  See below for submitting your contact information and ordering online.  Paper forms will also be sent home in early September.  Only one method (online or paper) is necessary.  All submissions are orders are due Friday, September 18th.

If you would like your student(s) included in the Three Oaks Student Directory, please complete the applicable information here (https://forms.gle/Gt8Hg3cw3gssBkye8).  

Student Directory Purchase

To purchase a copy of the Three Oaks Student Directory, please submit $5 via Zelle to threeoakspto@gmail.com (with a memo of "Student Directory" and your student's name) or via cash or check to your student's teacher (labelled "Student Directory" with your student's name).

Business Listing in Student Directory

If you would like your business included in the Three Oaks Student Directory Business Listing section, please complete the applicable information here (https://forms.gle/SmdKPYQW69X4emfh6) and submit $15 via Zelle to threeoakspto@gmail.com (with a memo of "Directory" and your company name) or via cash or check to your student's teacher (labelled "Student Directory" with your company name).
