Key Lime Cake

Cake

1 box lemon cake mix

1 small box lime flavored jello

1 1/3 cup vegetable oil

3/4 c. orange juice

4 eggs

Combine cake mix, jello, oil, eggs and orange juice. Pour into 3 (8") or 2 (9") cake pans which have been greased and floured. Bake according to directions on box. Allow to cool before frosting.

Icing

1 stick butter,softened

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

3 T. Nellie and Joe's Famous Key Lime Juice

4 cups confectioners' sugar

In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add lime juice and confectioners' sugar and mix well. Spread between layers and on side and top of cake. Decorate with regular sliced limes, if desired. Store cake in refrigerator.
