Dear Alan,
I cannot thank you enough for all your tireless efforts to track down the paint code for the front door Thrapson Glazing installed back in 2013, and then for ordering in the paint for me.  Really first class after sales service.  Much appreciated.   Thank you also for the sanding blocks and advice on preparing the door surface and using the paint.  Really helpful.  
Such service and attention to detail is a rarity these days.

We will always look after our customers and honour our guarantees and for this reason most of our work comes from recommendations.
If a problem is reported one of our engineers will visit the property, he will often be able to sort out the problems there and then, if this is the case he will give a firm quotation before any work starts. If parts are needed he will send a written quotation by post or email, once the customer is happy with the quotation we will order the new parts and advise a fitting date as soon as the parts arrive.
We will always make sure the property is secure if the problem is a faulty door or window lock until the new parts arrive.
By only using quality parts we minimize future problems occurring, good quality fitting engineers also make a huge difference and in our opinion we have a team that is second to none.
