Frazer House/Bonner Park

Made possible by planning and matching funding through the Township,  stabilization of surviving ruins of Revolutionary War General's house and plantation were undertaken. Periodic public archaeological digs of trash middens which have yielded two hundred years of household artifacts (on display at the Glen Mills train station).

Glen Mills Train Station

Active station from 1880 until 1986.  Beautiful high Victorian, Queen Anne style architecture.  Home of the society's library, archives and interpretive displays.  Terminus of the West Chester Tourist Railroad.  Open Spring, Summer and Fall on weekends.  Located at the intersection of Creek, Stoneybank, Sweetwater and Glen Mills road.

Thornton Park Trail of History

Our latest project.  In partnership with the Township Historical Commission, a series of historical markers commemorating important events in both the township's history and the nation.  Located along the walking path at Thornbury Park.
