Another panorama from Büchelstein, shot slightly later under improved light conditions. The Zugspitze (220 km away) is now visible. The Isar Power Plant near Landshut is nearly 70 km away. To improve contrast, the images were processed with the Neutralhazer tool, which reduces atmospheric haze at the cost of slight color shifts (sky appears greenish or bluish in places) (fullscreen).

Gusty winds and low light – not the best conditions for ultra-high-res panoramas. Shot with a Sony A7R II, 400 mm Sigma telephoto, 1/400 s, f/11, ISO 500. Despite the heavy noise, post-processing in DxO PhotoLab using AI-based DeepPRIME noise reduction dramatically improved image quality.
