APPLYING FOR A PhD IN ECONOMICS
General information
If you are interested in applying for a PhD in Health Economics under my supervision, first of all you may meet my current and past PhD Students. Next, to begin a PhD Program in Economics under my supervision in September, I advise you to join me in January-February.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible, you should have:
a Master's degree with high skills in Applied Economics and Research,
Excellent skills in Economics (Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Public finance, Insurance economics…) and Econometrics (Qualitative variables, Panel data, Time series…),
Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, STATA or R),
English proficiency for non-native speakers (at least 800 points for TOEIC test or equivalency in another international test such as Cambridge or TOEFL).

If you meet the aforementioned criteria, please prepare the following before reaching out to me:
Curriculum Vitae,
Academic transcript (two last years),
Up to 5-pages Ph.D. project including the following topics:
Problematic (general framework and outline announcement),
Three (or four) chapters
For each chapter
Comprehensive literature review demonstrating research question originality & relevance,
Methodology (data and methods),
Expected results.
