Preambule for Novices
Univers is made of energy which can be observed in shape of waves or particules (physics), in shape of molecules (chemistry), in shape of organic molecules (biology), more natural complex systems (minerals, vegetals, animals) and human made complex systems (mechanics, electronics, robotics and computers). These observations are made throught sensors providing data that are the state variables of the observed (microscopic/macroscopic, simple/complex, static/dynamic) entity. The measures are provided with a dimension with or without an unity (SI). The observed data can be considered as nD signals for waves and particules, and as graph structures for molecules (chemistry, biology) .
My research consists to research information with computer ressources using 1D signals, (2D, 2D+t, 3D) signals and nD signals for phenomenon based on waves and particules, and structure organization between entities using graph models for molecules. [Computer Research]
