Fall Schedule 2021
Sept 7 through October, 2021
Tuesday, 6:00-7:15PM, All Level Yoga (gentle to moderate): Mindful yoga with Amy with an emphasis on cultivating balance and a sense of wholeness in body, mind and spirit. Inspiration from yoga philosophy and psychology will guide practitioners towards a felt experience of wholeness.
Thursday, 3:45-5:00 PM, All Level Yoga (gentle to moderate): Beginning with gentle warm-ups and moving into moderate flows, this class with Kathy will both awaken your natural energy and bring you back to your calm center.
